I am a Colorado native, born and raised in South Eastern Colorado. I have proudly called Saguache County home since 2002, where my wife, Jessica, my children, and I operate our ranch. I am deeply rooted in this community and well-versed in county regulations. My commitment to the county comes from raising my family here and wanting to preserve the values, opportunities, and way of life that make this community home.
I am running for commissioner because Saguache County is more than just a retirement destination—it is home. Families are raising children, working, and building futures here, but too many young people feel they have to leave because it is becoming harder to build a life in this community. I want to help create a county that is sustainable and welcoming for all generations while balancing growth and local needs. My goal is to ensure Saguache County remains a strong place where families can live, work, and thrive for generations to come.
I believe county leadership should focus on practical solutions that support residents, protect local livelihoods, and preserve the freedoms and opportunities that make Saguache County a great place to call home.
